Grounding In

Grounded Integration was created out of a desire for something deeper.

After years of working within the mental health system, I found myself drawn to doing things with intention, presence, and integrity. This work is not about rushing toward outcomes or performing as a clinician—it’s about slowing down enough for something real to emerge.

I value spaces where people don’t have to prove anything—where clients can explore honestly, and clinicians can grow without pressure to have it all figured out.

Whether I’m holding space in a ketamine assisted therapy session, supporting a clinician in supervision, or helping untangle the practical side of private practice, my approach stays the same: grounded, collaborative, and thoughtful.

This work is not about quick fixes. It’s about integration—allowing insight, experience, and change to actually take root in a way that lasts.
