Clinical Supervision

by a MN board-approved supervisor, LPCC
$110 | 60 minutes

I approach supervision as a collaborative, supportive space where clinicians can think out loud, ask difficult questions, build confidence, and develop their own clinical voice. My style is grounded, relational, and practical—I’m not interested in supervision that feels overly hierarchical or like you have to perform competence.

With a background in trauma-focused and somatic work, clinical leadership, supervision, and the operational realities of mental health practice, I bring both clinical depth and real-world problem-solving into our work together.

Supervision may include:

  • Case conceptualization and complex clinical situations

  • Ethical and professional decision-making

  • Trauma-informed and somatic perspectives

  • Documentation and clinical practice concerns

  • Professional identity development

  • Boundaries and clinician sustainability

  • Building clinical confidence and trusting your judgment

  • Navigating supervision and licensure requirements

Whether you’re early in your career or looking for a thoughtful space to deepen your work, supervision is tailored to your goals, your learning style, and the clinician you are becoming.

Clinical Consultation

60-minute consultation — $110

Sometimes you don’t need supervision—you just need a trusted clinician to think something through with you.

Clinical consultation offers a collaborative space for licensed mental health professionals to explore complex cases, clinical decision-making, ethical questions, boundaries, documentation concerns, or other situations that benefit from another experienced perspective.

The goal is not to tell you how to practice. It’s to help you slow things down, sort through the variables, and leave with greater clarity and confidence in your next steps.

Practice & Clinical Systems Consultation

For therapists, small practices, and small behavioral health organizations who need help untangling the systems behind the clinical work.

Whether you’re dealing with billing and insurance issues, inefficient workflows, documentation systems, administrative processes, or a problem you can’t quite figure out, consultation is practical, collaborative, and tailored to what’s actually happening in your practice.

Let’s figure out what’s getting stuck—and make it work better.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

Psychedelic-assisted therapy invites a different kind of therapeutic work—one that can be less about analyzing an experience and more about becoming curious about what emerges when we create space to listen inward.

My work in this area is grounded in trauma-informed, experiential, somatic, and integration-focused approaches. I’m particularly interested in helping people explore the emotions, patterns, sensations, imagery, insights, and questions that may arise within altered states of consciousness without assuming there is one “right” interpretation of the experience.

Currently, I provide ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with a medical provider through Naturally Connected Counseling. KAP may include preparation before a ketamine experience, therapeutic support during dosing sessions, and integration afterward.

Preparation helps establish intention, safety, and a framework for approaching the experience with openness and curiosity. During supported sessions, the focus is on allowing the experience to unfold rather than directing or forcing it. Integration provides space afterward to explore what came up, connect the experience with your broader life and therapeutic work, and consider what you want to carry forward.

I also have a broader professional interest in psychedelic-assisted therapy, psychedelic integration, harm reduction, and the evolving role of psychedelic medicines in mental health care.

Somatic Therapeutic Support

Not everything we experience can be understood—or worked through—by thinking about it harder.

Somatic therapy brings attention to the ways experiences show up in the body and nervous system, including sensations, impulses, emotions, patterns of activation or shutdown, and the ways we instinctively respond to safety and threat.

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and curiosity-based. Rather than pushing for a particular response or trying to “fix” what your nervous system is doing, we work with what is already present and build the capacity to notice, tolerate, and move through experiences in a way that feels manageable.

Somatic therapy is provided through Naturally Connected Counseling in person at our Wadena Clinic or via telehealth in Minnesota.

Psychedelic Integration

Integration can also be helpful following ketamine or other psychedelic experiences. These experiences can sometimes bring forward powerful emotions, imagery, memories, insights, questions, or simply a sense that something happened that is difficult to put into words.

Integration provides space to explore the experience without requiring it to have a particular meaning. Together, we can look at what stood out, what your body remembers, how the experience connects—or doesn’t connect—to the rest of your life, and what you may want to carry forward.

You do not need to have completed a psychedelic experience with me in order to seek integration support.

Psychedelic integration sessions are provided through Naturally Connected Counseling in person at our Wadena Clinic or via telehealth in Minnesota.
